Dr John Quinn, is an Emergency Medicine Physician with extensive prehospital care experience in Ukraine since Russian aggression began in 2014. This session is a must attend event for all CIMVHR Forum attendees with an interest in combat casualty care. Dr. Quinn will highlight the tactical and strategic challenges to proving prehospital care for combat casualties, and describe opportunities for improving care in Ukraine.
